Bramhall Park 5K TT

Saturday the 25th again saw EPRC runners Chris Marshall and Jason Bennett make the short trip to Stockport to this tough, mixed terrain 5K time trial around Bramhall Park. This week  124 runners entered, Chris yet again improved on his previous PB time for this course by  15 seconds giving him a new PB on this course of 18min 18sec and taking 2nd place overall,  Jason managed to better his PB by 6 seconds  giving him a new PB on this course of 19min 22sec  taking 7th place overall.

Training Night At Ellesmere Port Running Club

Anyone wishing to join the club whether beginner or competent runner, we meet at the Whitby Sports and Social Club on Tuesdays and Fridays at 6.45pm to commence running at 7pm and welcome all abilities in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
