EPRC Club Cancellation Policy
Where there are exceptional weather conditions the following procedure will be adopted.
Members of the Club Committee will assess the conditions and make a decision based on ensuring the safety of club members
Every effort will be made to communicate the cancellation of the Club Run at least 4 hours before it is due to take place, by 15.00, on the relevant club night (Tuesday or Thursday)
This will be done on our Facebook page(s), Twitter account and via email

The Club Committee reserve the right to cancel right up to the start of the run if the conditions worsen and this will again be communicated by using our Social media and email accounts.
There is no phone number to call so please use the media available to you.
We should stress that we will only cancel the club runs in extreme weather conditions and we will endeavour to lay on a run but the safety of all club members is our priority.
