Race report-
Last week was another busy week in the race calendar where our runners attended various events in glorious spring weather.
Tuesday was the Trafford track open 3000M- Tom Sirett 9:29 PB 
Wednesday was Borders league presentation night where our runners took on the 1.1 mile relay. (full results to be published)
Sunday was a hot and sunny day which made it tough for the races!
Edd flynn represented North Wales at Caerphilly 10K which turned out to be a hot and hilly route. Edd finished in 34:12.

Ryan Stant nailed the 55 minute pacing.
Sandstone trail 34 miler-
Well done to Kay Godwin and Yasmin Saul for taking on this Huge race on a Hot Day!
Kay finished in 9:17:50
Yasmin reached the second to last checkpoint, 30 miles at the cutoff time. a good effort and her longest run by far!
Excalibur 10K-
Matt Lloyd finished 2nd overall in 55:58 on a mountainous course!
