Admin:

1) EPRC Membership runs from January ‐ December, regardless of when a payment is made, however if you did join after 1st October your membership fee will run for the next year also.

2) Existing EPRC membership renewals are due by January 31st and cover the upcoming calendar year

3) England Athletic (EA) membership runs from April to March, bulk renewals occur April 1st

4) New members and existing members who have renewed, are collated and their England Athletics fees bulk processed. This action occurs around 1st April

5) Prior year members who do not renew by 31st March are removed from social groups, mailing lists and do not have their upcoming EA fees paid ‐ the runner will no longer be a member of EPRC

6) If you do not wish to renew your membership, please contact Ellesmere Port Running Club so we can remove your data from our records and any email groups, social media etc.

7) All new or renewal memberships, MUST be processed via the club website.
