LONDON MARATHON BALLOT NOTICE FOR OUR MEMBERS

Ellesmere Port RC are associated with British Athletics and therefore eligible to apply for club entries for the London Marathon. The number of entries allocated to each club is determined by TCS London Marathon.

The current allocation for the TCS London Marathon for EPRC is:

How do I apply?

To qualify for inclusion in the draw for TCS London Marathon places you will need to meet the following criteria:
• An EPRC club member for at least 3 years and fully paid-up member in the current year
• EPRC as first claim
• Competed in 3 or more races from either the previous season Borders League (24-25 season), Multi-Terrain League (2025 Series) or either of the Cross-Country Leagues (24-25 Season). Note: Supporting the EPRC 5k race in the current year would also count as one of these races.
• Has not been allocated a London club place by previous ballot; in either of the two previous years.

Ballot Process

Members who meet the above criteria can register their interest and will be placed in a ballot, drawn at random and the members who are drawn, will be allocated a place. The ballot will take place prior to a club run and random selection will take place by club members who are not themselves entered in the ballot.
