Mad Dog 10k
Mad Dog 1ok Well done to James Harvey and Ann Balll who ran the Mad Dog 10k today. James completed the race in 00:45:51, this was a PB of 2 mins 26 seconds. An Ball ran the race in 1:02:15.Fantastic effort!

John Stone – record breaker!
A massive congratulations to John who broke the club all time marathon record at London Marathon 2021! His time of 2:35:35 was a fantastic PB by John. Well done top all our club runners at London Marathon and Chester Metric or Marathon also!
Ed Flynn – club records broken!
Enormous congratulations to Ted Flynn for breaking not one but TWO club records in one week! Ted ran a blistering 15:10 at the Mid Cheshire 5k tonight and an amazing 1:08:40 at the Cheshire Elite Half Marathon on Sunday, breaking both of his previous records by 52s and 5s respectively.
